She is freaking difficult seh!!
Ive to settle the prob till 1pm...
Den at last have to escalate to TL....
Des is sooooo sweet willing to wait for me
as im waiting for TL till 2 pm den hang up the Pone...
At last.. But customer still not happy with it...

We proceed to Far East Plaza Sakura
